Internship program (level groups): 5h30 in total

• Wednesday morning: arrival of participants
• Wednesday afternoon from 1 p.m.: 1h30 of collective training with 4 players on the field
• welcome evening in the Resort lounges
• Thursday morning from 9 a.m.: 1 hour of collective training with 4 players on the field
• Thursday afternoon from 1 p.m.: 1h30 of collective training with 4 players on the field
• Friday morning from 8 a.m.: 1h30 of collective training with 4 players on the field

Support from a physiotherapist (free for the first 12 registered):

• 2 sessions of 20 min: specific, adapted sessions (work on the table, massage, discussion with the professional: do not hesitate to take your latest medical images if you have them)

Tournament schedule:

• Friday evening: 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Saturday day and early evening: 9 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
• tournament meal from 7:15 p.m.
• end of the tournament on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Awards ceremony from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.

ACCOMMODATION: We offer two families of accommodation.

CASE CREOLE ACCOMMODATION:

These colorful accommodations are very popular with families. In warm colors, these equipped huts can accommodate up to 4 people. The two bedrooms can contain up to two single beds or a double bed. In the kitchen area, if you do not opt for the full board option, you can cook your favorite dishes. The lounge area is also popular for relaxing or “replaying the match” with friends.

MEDITERRANEAN ACCOMMODATION:

Just a stone's throw from the sand, this accommodation has its place on the Costa Dorada. A little more upscale than the Creole huts, these accommodations are appreciated for their very bright, modern and very functional side. You could have 3 rooms for two people maximum in this type of accommodation.

• Meals in half board or full board formula. For lunch or evening meals, show cooking enhances the buffet.
• Unlimited access to the establishment's various swimming pools (water games for children)
• Rental of a Dutch bike per person for the entire duration of the stay to allow you to join the two padel clubs without taking a vehicle
• You have self-service access to the weights or fitness room (treadmill, weights, press (…)
• Self-service access to the multi-sport basketball court / table tennis court / football field / children’s play area
